Most orders are shipped in 48 hrs from the date of order. Items are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS if a carrier is not specified by customer during checkout. Expedited service is available – please specify this preference before completing the order and double check the address for accuracy and completeness. Any address correction or modification will delay shipment and may incur a $10.00 processing fee, as per carrier guideline.  Any special shipping, handling or delivery requests must be advised during checkout.  Shipment confirmation is provided via email for tracking purposes.
 
FREE SHIPPING
Merchandise will be shipped free of charge when order exceeds $49.99. This promotion applies to merchandise only, excluding GiftCards, handling charges and taxes.  Sale merchandise is included in promotion however final total must be $50 or more. Offer is valid with Ground shipments to one (1) address in the US only. This option generally refers to USPS mail and does not include insurance or signature requirement. Choose this delivery option at your own risk.  Allow 2 - 12 business days for delivery
 
PRIORITY 
Shipments to US Territiories, Alaska, Hawaii, and International shipping are available.  We offer 3 day and 2 day shipping and will prioritize the order for 24 hr processing. Please note orders  must be placed before 3:00 pm ET/ 12:00 pm PT . We do not ship to P.O. boxes.  Select Ground Commercial for deliveries to a business address.  Make sure the billing address reflects the address where credit card statements are mailed.  For deliveries to a residence, choose Ground Residential.
 
EXPRESS SAVER & WORLDWIDE EXPRESS
We offer expedited shipping for international customers- no overnight shipments.  3 Day shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territorities, APO or FPO addresses are not available.  Charges and transit time vary based on destination.  All  duties, taxes, tariffs, custom fees and surcharges are the customer’s obligation.  tahajo is unable to calculate these charges in advance.  Shipping carrier assumes all responsibility for such charges and will bill the customer at the time of delivery.  Should customer refuse these charges upon delivery, it will be returned to tahajo at our expense.  tahajo will then process shipment as a return and deduct all related fees from the refund of the original purchase price
 
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / SPLIT ORDERS
Shipping and handling on returned items will not be refunded.  Exchange items are shipped at no cost to customer.  On split orders, all charges will be billed with the first shipped order.
 

LIABILITY 

tahajo is not responsible for lost packages or liable for damages incurred during transit.  For added security, customers are encouraged to select delivery option with signature or insurance .  Any damages to the outside of box should be stated when signing for the shipment and reported to a FedEx or UPS representative.  Retain the original box and packing materials for inspection and claim/credit purposes.
