Shipped orders are individually inspected and packed to ensure each item exhibits quality workmanship. To assure 100% satisfaction, items can be returned for refund or exchange if order fails to meet expectation. Or credit applied to your account for future purchases. However a $15 restocking fee will be imposed on refunds. All sales and discounted items are non-refundable
You must contact tahajo within 14 days of delivery date the reason for return. Email info@tahajo.com or call 917.597.9342 Tuesday – Friday 10am-4pm. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be advised . No return, exchange or credit will be issued without an RA#. Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at your expense.
All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition, without marks, wear or tear. Package must be prepaid (postage is non-refundable) and received within 14 days after RA# is issued. Returns exceeding the 2 week period will not be granted. Refunds and exchanges are recognized upon receipt of item and processed within 48 hours. It is highly recommended to insure package for the full value of the merchandise. tahajo acknowledges responsibility for received items only. Received returns that were damaged in transit, if not insured, will not be credited, as tahajo can not ascertain if item(s) were shipped damaged or damage occurred during shipping. tahajo is not responsible for lost, late or damaged shipments
